Term 1 Week 8 19/20

Last Saturday, children from Rumah Keluarga Kami visited us for an action packed day of fun activities. Many of our own took responsibility for organising games of indoor football and basketball as well as slime making, baking, Just Dance and playing board games together.
RKK鈥檚 visit is a continuation of our strong relationship with them as we meet together on a termly basis. Well done to all boarders for being such magnificent hosts!

In the evening, many of us (who were supporting the Bokke) watched the enthralling Rugby World Cup final between South Africa and England. Afterwards Ms Bobby organised a 鈥榮cary鈥� Halloween evening of games including Ghostbusters, Halloween Donut Game, Spooky Spaghetti and the Spider Web Challenge.
Ghostbusters enabled participants to shoot bullets at a stack of plastic cups (ghosts) with a Nerf gun as Reena and Jackie proved to have the most accurate aim.

The Halloween Donut Game was hilarious as competitors were racing against each other to eat a whole donut hanging from string without using their hands to stabilise the swinging donut. In an extra twist, some donuts had a small pieces of anchovy planted inside to add extra flavour!
There were 鈥楾rick or Treat鈥� and 鈥榖ooby prizes鈥� for all team members who won each Halloween challenge.
