Phil is Head of SEN at Nexus leading both the 91直播视频 Support and Alternative Pathway along with the rest of the Inclusion Team. He has been teaching for the past 19 years both in the UK and at Nexus where he has previously been a Head of Year for six years. Phil has a broad range of experience working with learners with special educational needs, Gifted and Talented and EAL learners.
